I love to exercise!! It makes me feel great! I just wish that I was already the skinny girl I've been imagining! Why does it have to take so long to drop a few pounds?! It should be an automatic, you exercised today, there goes 1 pound! LOL I have noticed a small difference in how my clothes are fitting which is nice. Now to keep the ball rolling so I can wear my summer clothes comfortably is the key in all this!

I need to say that I'm really proud that I've been exercising lately. I feel so much better. I did take my measurements and I've lost one inch around my waist so I'm at a 34 now! Mind you I took my waist line higher and measured around my belly and not my actual waist line. That's where I need to see change! :) That's the only change in my measurements for now. But it's still a change!

What a crazy last few days. But I did pretty good considering all the candy around here! I plan on taking my measurements tomorrow and I'm hoping to see a bit of progress. I've been really enjoying getting back to a healthier me. It feels good to exercise again! Blake has loved going on walks with me as well as exercising at the church building. (there's lots of kids to play with there!) I hope that this becomes a habit and that I don't give up when the weather turns cold for the winter later this year.....that seems to be my norm and I want to break it!! Any how, I feel good whether or not anything has changed measurement wise. And for right now, that's enough.

Well, not a successful weekend in what I ate.....I could've done better. But it's a new week and we can always learn from our mistakes. I went to dinner on friday with some friends and gave in and had a coke. I had a terrible headache and the ibuprofen and water intake just wasn't kicking it. Saturday I didn't do too bad until dinner. We went to a bbq and I snacked a bit too much. But chips and salsa aren't the worst things to eat too much of right?! Sunday was cinnamon roll day with conference. Enough said there! LOL It wasn't a total bust and this next weekend with Easter may be a bit tougher with all the candy but we will do our best! I did however start my week off with a great workout at the church this morning and I'm drinking a protein shake to recover. Here's to another good week!
