Day 3

Yesterday was good and bad for me. Good because I exercised and bad because I exercised. Let me explain a bit. Good because the exercise made me feel fantastic! I even woke up feeling like a million bucks. The bad is it never fails, when I quit exercising and then start up again I always get a headache. Last night was awful!! I finally gave in and took something at about 1:30 in the morning. I drank water like you couldn't believe so I know it wasn't dehydration. The hubster says it's because you break capillaries in your head when you first start exercising and that's what causes the pain. That's enough to make me never quit exercising if the headache's are going to be like last nights! Anyway that's the good and bad of it. I made a green smoothie today and went for a 30 minute walk. I am definitely sore from yesterday's workout! I love that feeling. It makes me feel like all my hard work will actually pay off in the end. I also watched this video my sister suggested. You can watch it here. It's called "Hungry for a Change". It was really interesting and will make me think more about my food choices. AND after watching the video I have decided to give up soda. Like, for good! Man, it's going to be a hard change because I LOVE how it tastes and the burn as it goes down but it's really one of THEE worst things I could be drinking.
